Terms and Conditions

Applicability: These terms apply to all sales and services provided by WOW Dogtrainer Fenya and WOW COLE. Booking a session or using our materials implies full acceptance of these conditions.
Intellectual Property: All materials (texts, images, training programs) are the exclusive property of WOW Dogtrainer Fenya. They are for the client’s personal use only for the specified dog. Selling, altering, or sharing these materials with third parties is prohibited.
Service Updates: We reserve the right to update these T&Cs at any time with immediate effect.

Nature of Service: WOW COLE provides a supervised space for socialization, stimulation, and emotional regulation based on animal welfare and professional group management.
Dog Interaction: The owner accepts that canine coexistence involves physical interaction. While sessions are actively supervised, "zero risk" does not exist; scratches, rough play, or occasional conflicts may occur. The center does not guarantee the total absence of minor incidents resulting from normal interaction.
Admission: The center may deny entry or interrupt the service if the group's welfare is compromised or if a behavioural assessment is required.

Rates: Individual sessions cost €59. Discounted multi-session packages are available.
Booking: A deposit equal to one session is required for the initial assessment. This amount will be deducted from the final session of the package or forfeited in case of late cancellation.
Payment Methods: Bizum or Cash. Quotes are valid for 30 days. In case of withdrawal, only unused sessions will be refunded.
Home Visit Surcharges:
- Zone 1 (No surcharge): South Tenerife (Las Américas, Los Cristianos, Adeje, etc.).
- Zone 2 (+€9): Playa San Juan, Alcalá, Los Gigantes, Guía de Isora, etc.
- Zone 3 (+€13): Vilaflor, Santiago del Teide, Arico, etc.

Terms:
- Over 72 hours notice: Free cancellation.
- 72 to 24 hours notice: 50% charge of the session fee.
- Less than 24 hours notice: 100% charge (session forfeited).
Punctuality: Sessions last 1 hour. After a 30-minute delay, the session is cancelled without refund.
Rescheduling: A session can be rescheduled only once. Further requests will result in cancellation and loss of the fee.
Inactivity: Services are considered terminated if more than 30 days pass without activity or communication.

Safety: For home visits, the dog must be in a secure area upon the trainer's arrival and introduced only when instructed.
Supplies: Owners must provide the dog’s usual treats to maintain a balanced diet.
Facility Use: Use of the field is at your own risk and for personal use only (no professional use). Wear appropriate footwear (uneven/slippery terrain). Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Hygiene: You must pick up dog waste and dispose of it in the designated bin without plastic bags. All trash and toys (especially broken ones) must be removed. Ensure all gates are closed upon exit.
Equipment: Training equipment may only be used under the trainer's supervision.

Requirements: Vaccinations and deworming must be up to date. Owners must report if the dog is in heat or showing symptoms (cough, diarrhea, lethargy).
Emergencies: In case of urgency, the center may transport the dog to the nearest veterinarian. All veterinary costs are the responsibility of the owner.
Liability: The center is not responsible for medical complications arising from undisclosed pre-existing conditions.

Responsibility: The owner remains legally responsible for their dog at all times and must have third-party liability insurance. The center is not liable for losses, injuries, or property damage (collars, leashes) due to normal wear or play.
Force Majeure: Services may be suspended due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, power cuts, etc.).
Data Protection (GDPR): Personal data is treated according to EU regulations and will not be shared except for legal obligations or medical emergencies.
